Visit consumers and ask for advice.
Understand consumer's demands and their using problems.
Answer on the day, if not, give the explanations.
Evaluate the contract within 2 days.
Implement the sale contract strictly, supply products on time, in high quality and on exact quantity.
Implement the agreement on technological service, offer technological guidance.
Ensure service quality, solve service problems in time, inform the consumer and report to the chief leader if cannot solve on the spot.
About change or return products caused by bad quality, report to the leader according to the rules of company.
To the problem asked by consumer, we can send service worker to the spot on the day in local province or within 3 days out of the province to settle the problem.
When finishing a single project, the sales members should report it to the leader in a month and carry out the message feedback every 6 months and do the consumer findings report so as to know the evaluation of consumer to the work of our company.
